Commenting on the success of our annual review, Stephen Hankinson, Group Chief Executive, said: “The introduction of a 12 month review clearly demonstrates our continuing commitment to realising the potential of our people as well as up-skilling our existing valued employees, so I am delighted with our success. We have some exciting people plans over the next 12 months including an influx of new apprentices. These apprentices will include for the first time industrial painters following the approval of the new Apprenticeship Standard and End Point Assessment (EPA) for Industrial Coatings Applicator, a standard we have been closely involved in.” To read more about the Industrial Coatings Applicator Trailblazer Apprenticeship Scheme, click here.
