Apprenticeships & Traineeships

Nationally Recognised Qualifications

As a Hankinson Whittle Programmed apprentice or trainee, you'll receive on-the-job training towards a nationally recognised qualification. All our trainees are supported by a dedicated field officer who provides ongoing coaching, mentoring and support, monitoring both on and off-the-job progress, safety awareness and safety talks throughout your apprenticeship/traineeship.

Diversity

We want to build a diverse and inclusive workplace where differences in gender, age, culture, ability, sexual orientation, family, and caring responsibilities are valued. Our people should feel comfortable bringing their whole selves to work, and our teams are reflective of communities in which we live and operate.

Your Safety is our Number One Priority

Safety is at the forefront of everything we do. We live by the philosophy that all injuries are preventable and our Zero Harm goal ensures we take the right steps so that each of our employees and customers return home in the same state they arrived - injury free.

Values

Our core values underpin our culture, shaping the way we operate as individuals and how we interact with each other and our customers. Working with Hankinson Whittle Programmed means that you will be part of a company that encourages career development, supports flexibility and cares about your personal wellbeing and safety.
