RW Integrated Solutions completes Hankinson Whittle acquisition and new Managing Director, Sam Frame, appointed.

 

Hankinson Whittle is delighted to announce that it has been acquired by RW Integrated Solutions.

 

RW Integrated Solutions is a specialist in Property Services, Maintenance and Painting. This acquisition represents a significant opportunity to further enhance our market position and drive continued growth. 

 

RW Integrated Solutions CEO Ben Russell shared the following thoughts:

The addition of Hankinson Whittle compliments the group’s current portfolio of companies, and we are thrilled to welcome the nearly 200 employees into the group.

Hankinson Whittle has experienced notable success in recent years by securing positions on national Housing Frameworks and cultivating long-lasting customer relationships. These have led to significant benefits for our customers and business growth within our targeted sectors. Specific service offerings such as damp and mould remediation, cyclical maintenanceand refurbishment projects, have allowed Hankinson Whittle to develop and invest in a diverse in-house labour and management team, split across six locations with over 150 trade colleagues and 45 management and operational support colleagues. This enables the company to offer its clients a truly national service throughout England and Wales. 

 

Hankinson Whittle is also well known for its Protective Coatings division, providing turnkey solutions for over 40 years, including cathodic protection, marine coatings and protective coatings. Their expertise in protective coatings ensures the longevity and resilience of industrial structures including bridges, industrial sites and petrochemical complexes.

 

Sam Frame brings a wealth of industry experience and fresh perspectives to our organisation and will undoubtedly propel Hankinson Whittle to new heights.
