My career began with Hankinson 25 years ago. My current role is Operations Manager of the North West region. I enjoy working with the people in the team as we all have a common goal to provide the best service to our customers at all times. In the North Western region our team is always striving for perfection. The team takes a lot of pride in their work and are a real pleasure to manage and work alongside.
Hankinson have a strong emphasis on growing the business and servicing new customers, therefore developing strategies to carry out this has been very thought provoking and motivating. I have found it very gratifying and a steep learning curve working with the various specialised teams within Hankinson .
I would describe Hankinson as a forward thinking company that has great support mechanisms in place regarding industrial relations, human resources and is an industry leader in workplace health, safety and environmental management, with zero harm being emphasised consistently to all employees.
