Highly trained helpdesk operatives carry out fault diagnosis and utilise industry-leading responsive maintenance and vehicle tracking software to log requests, identify and dispatch suitably skilled technicians, and monitor orders through to completion.

Our technology-enabled workforce receives details of work orders and update work order status in real-time via tablet-based software.

Our IT systems can be integrated and interfaced with your asset management software to provide instantaneous updates of Work Order status, and transparency of performance against priority response time and agreed KPIs.

Fleet vehicles equipped with imprest stocks, and preferential agreements with locally based suppliers ensure unrestricted access to the products and materials required to carry out works.
