Hankinson Painting Group have now signed with an online real time customer satisfaction surveying solution to monitor performance.

Group Chief Executive, Stephen Hankinson said “customer feedback surveys are a highly effective way of getting feedback from our customers and play a vital role in measuring, managing and improving our relationship with customers. By utilising an online service we believe it will make it even easier for our customers to complete and allow us to analyse and action in real time”
The process is being managed by Group SHEQ Co-ordinator Amy Rosser.
Amy commented “We have a commitment to meeting Customer and Client requirements with an objective for improving customer satisfaction. Collecting data from Survey Monkey will provide important insights and a best practice benchmark.”
