“We are fully supportive of the drive for partners to deliver solutions and the increase in contacting for outcomes.”

ISO44001 Collaborative Business Relationship Management System, which is the world’s first international standard on collaborative business relationships, replaced BS11000 in 2017.

The aim of the standard is to provide a framework to ensure collaborative relationships are effective and optimised. Collaborative relationships have been shown to deliver a wide range of benefits which enhance competitiveness and performance.
