With the support of our long term communications provider IData the Hankinson Group have implemented Vodafone One Net within the business. 

The Company approached IData in March 2014, and tasked them with coming up with a solution that could link all branches together, tidy up the different communications companies involved and bring in new technology thereby future proofing the business for a cost saving.

The main benefits to the Hankinson Group are:-

Changing the way business is done; Vodafone One Net is a unique product that twins mobiles with desk phones giving the option of 1 call, 1 answer, 1 voicemail.  This allows important calls never to be missed and puts the Company closer in touch with existing customers and new prospects.

Controlled communication expenditure;  Every call made on company mobiles or desk phones is free of charge.  This excludes 08 and international calls.  The benefit of this to the Company is no more yo-yo bills keeping costs down to a minimum.  Also customers calling any work mobile are only charged at a landline rate.

Unique product & Services; Vodafone One Net provides the Company with advanced call management, auto-attendant, call screening, call transfer/hold/forward on both the desk phone and mobile phone.

Risk assessment; Vodafone One Net gives the Company security should a problem arise.  For example if the local exchange was compromised i.e. weather/criminal damage and the landlines failed at the branch all the Company mobiles associated to the branch will continue to take calls into the Company.  Benefit of this is no loss in business or Company perception.  If this occurred calls can also be diverted to another branch.

All branches are networked;  This gives the option to change call traffic flow if for example a branch was taking too many calls in a crisis.  It can also quite easily move the product to another branch or address if needed.

1 Bill, 1 Contract; Previously each branch within the Group had different landline, broadband, phone system, maintenance suppliers all on different contract end dates.  Vodafone One Net has put all this onto one bill with one contract end date. 

Service; Vodafone One Net gives round the clock customer service should anything arise in the future this in conjunction the service offered by iData puts the Group in the driving seat should help be required on anything communication based.

Price;  By putting all communications together and linking the branches and individual users the One Net proposition will save the Group 23 %.

Best quality hardware;  Vodafone One Net have provided the best equipment that money can buy.  All new desk phone users have state of the art Cisco phones future proofing the Company communications for the next 5-10 years.

Future Company Expansion;  Vodafone One Net allows the current package to be expanded for a minimal amount, it will allow any branch to relocate  if needed without losing the current landline number.
