Team Manages to Score 101% Customer Satisfaction! Back

People always say that there is no such thing as 101% well the Whittles team working on our first project for Wealden District Council have managed to score 101.1%.

The reason how the impossible happened is that several residents on the Rumsey Court redecorations project gave us more than 10 out of 10 on the customer satisfaction survey.

The sheltered housing redecoration project was run over the course of 6 weeks by Painting Supervisor Craig Dainty and Contracts Co-ordinator Caley Brosnan.  It was a tight programme in respect of time as it had to be completed for the ‘end of year’ budget for Wealden Council.

The operatives who worked on the project were Alan Smith, Simon Carter, Joe Taylor, Gareth Ireland, Jason Griffiths, Darrell Minns, Joe Taylor and Charlie Reed.    External woodwork repairs were completed by Jon Heaseman who started with Whittle as an apprentice and who now has the skills and ability to take responsibility for any required carpentry works.

Measuring customer satisfaction is an important part of our quality process and we are always aiming for 100%.  The team on Rumsey Court have set the bar a little higher!
