Amy Rosser our Group SHEQ Co-ordinator has passed the IRCA Lead Auditor course for ISO 9001:2015 Back

Our Group SHEQ Co-ordinator Amy Rosser has recently attended and passed the IRCA Lead Auditor course for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. A lead auditor course is designed for the attendee to develop their knowledge and skills to carry out 1st, 2nd and 3rd-party audits of complete management systems. Amy can now assess conformity of a system against ISO 9001:2015 and can apply for Practitioner status with the Chartered Quality Institute.

The new Quality standard, released during 2015, is designed to be less prescriptive than it’s predecessors, focussing on business performance and the process approach to Quality Management. We now have 3 years in order to migrate from the 2008 standard to meet with the accreditation requirements for the 2015 standard. This is alongside the recent implementation of BS11000 for Collaborative Working Standard with our Key Supply chain Partners, to maximise performance on service delivery.

It is exciting times at Hankinson Group. The Group has set objectives to not only meet with new ISO 9001 Quality Standard, but to also achieve the new ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Standard.

R H Painting Limited is currently being audited to meet OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Standard and has set a target to implement and achieve the new ISO 45001 OHS standard soon after it is released. The Group will then implement an Integrated Management System to merge all 3 management systems into a streamlined and more business practical approach to consistently meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.

Stephen Hankinson Group Chief Executive said, " This is a great achievement by Amy and she should be congratulated on all her hard work".
