Roy Hankinson Limited worked in partnership with Wirral Partnership Homes as part of a seven year investment programme to improve the condition of over 13,000 home across the Wirral. We were involved in the external maintainance programme.

We were proactive in the key areas of tenant satisfaction, health & safety, development of the supply chain and environmental issues. By working closely with all the stakeholders, we delivered all our promises.We confirmed by rigorous performance measurement and we are achieving 100% in actual service and finished product.

Our tenant liaison officer played a key role in building a good relationship with the community. He operates from a 'drop in centre' located in the heart of the estate and personally meets each tenant to ensure they are aware about our team coming to their home.

Health and safety standards on the site were first class and the site received a 'merit' award from the group health, safety and training co-ordinator.

To keep waste to a minimum the site team recycled all waste wherever possible and ensure measurements taken are correct, thus reducing waste plastic being cut from over sized doors.
