High Performance Coatings

Food safety and hygiene regulations are becoming more stringent and it is becoming more important to invest in long-term solutions. Traditional covering can be easily cracked or damaged and may provide a breeding ground for bacteria or fungi. Our systems are long life performance coatings that include properties that combat bacteria, fungi and chemicals, whilst enhancing the look and feel of your building.

Wallshield: is a biostatic system that will inhabit the growth of Bacteria and Fungi. Formulated around a steam resistant polymeric system that is tougher and more durable than traditional alkyd paints.

Wallflex: has been specifically developed to be deployed on surface areas where stringent Hygiene Regulations must be adhered to, Such as Operating Theatres, X Ray Rooms Laboratories and Clean Rooms.

Wallsheen: is a decorative interior wall finish that was specifically designed for dry areas that are subject to heavy usage and where the durability of the coating and its hygienic properties are important factors for the client to consider. This makes it and ideal Coating System for Schools, Offices, Canteens etc.

Armourglaze: is a four coat system, which has been specifically designed for usage in working environments, where there is a need for the system to have a high degree of chemical resistance, whilst being  subjected to an aggressive cleaning procedure, without compromising its durability or biostatic properties. This means that Armourglaze is an ideal coating system for Cat 3 & 4 Laboratories with fibreglass reinforcement, Pharmaceutical Clean Rooms, Veterinarian Surgeries, Hospital Surgeries and Breweries. The Armourglaze system has a high cross linked density which produces a durable, tough, tile like surface, which restricts chemicals from penetrating the surface.

Armourlac: is a High Performance Coatings System, which was developed specifically for surfaces that are subjected to excessive cleaning with strong solvents associated with the removal of graffiti, to protect the aesthetics of the surface area under attack. Armourlac may be applied to a range of surface types including Brick, Block Work, and Metal surface areas, making it ideal for use in Shopping Centres, Rail and Tube Stations, Subways,  Car Parks, Schools and Historical Buildings where permissible, or anywhere that experiences attacks from vandals.

Floorglaze: These flooring systems are ideal for usage on interior industrial and commercial floors that are subjected to high volumes of traffic and where cleanliness and appearance are important considerations. Once a floor has been treated with an Epoxy flooring system, such as Floorglaze, the floor becomes extremely durable, resistant to abrasion, water and chemicals. The bacteria inhibiting properties allow the floor to satisfy the most stringent of hygiene regulations.

Acrovyn: The areas of highest risk of damage are Wall Corners, Lower and Mid Walls and Doors and Door Frames. The Acrovyn range is a modern wall and door protection system that combines aesthetic values, with functionality and technology to provide you with extra protection where you need it most.

Fibreglass Reinforcements: These can be incorporated into Wallshield, .Wallflex or Armourglaze coating systems, produce a system that offers greater resistance to impact or abrasion.  Two Fibreglass Reinforcement systems are available and both options are applied directly on top of any of the standard  Wallglaze primers, prior to the application of the Wallglaze coating systems. Light reinforcement is a lightweight fibre glass tissue that is applied as a single layer.  As well as providing improved impact resistance, this option is particularly useful where the existing wall it is being applied to contains old minor cracking or unevenness. Heavy  reinforcement is a heavyweight dual gauge fibreglass system, which is applied in two layers. This option offers the ultimate in impact resistance and durability within a performance coating system.
