Dulux Trade Stamp of Approval Continues
Published 22 November 2010

We are delighted to advise that we have continued our partnering relationship with Dulux Trade Contract Partnership following a major re-structure of the scheme, which has seen the level of required compliance rise significantly.
Dulux Trade Contract Partnership was the first and is the only, scheme in the industry to assess and approve painting contractors to provide clients with a database of highly accredited companies capable of providing a service of the highest standard. As shown on the Dulux Contract Partnership website (http://www.contractpartnership.co.uk/) a Dulux Trade Contract Partner is committed to quality workmanship, delivering a professional service, continual improvement, providing value for money and being reliable and trustworthy.
Alistair McLoughlin, Project Manager at Waystone Ltd finds "It is so important that projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the correct specification and workmanship standards...The Contract Partnership scheme enabled us to be confident that our chosen contractor had been given the Dulux Trade stamp of approval."
We recognise the importance of benchmarking and fully integrate with the Dulux Trade Key Performance Indicators Scheme (KPI’s) Dulux Trade Contract Partnership has established a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) enabling clients to feedback directly to Dulux on a Contract Partners' performance. Through the KPIs, Dulux Trade Contract Partnership can benchmark quality across the scheme and provide additional confidence that Dulux Trade Contract Partners are working to the high quality standards clients expect.
