The Directors of Roy Hankinson Group fully accept their responsibilities to their employees to ensure, in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act etc, 1974 and all relevant subsidiary legislation, approved codes of practice and guidance, that risks to Health, Safety and welfare are reduced to an acceptable level. This will normally require ensuring that safety systems comply 'so far as is reasonably practical'. In cases where mandatory action is required, the Directors will ensure that such action is implemented, monitored and maintained via the Group Health Safety and Training Coordinator. It is a duty of the Group Health, Safety and Training Coordinator to ensure the implementation of the Health & Safety Policy and its subsidiary components are adhered to and monitored.
It is a duty of management to see that everything reasonably practicable is done to prevent personal injury, and to maintain a safe and healthy place of work.
